ISTO WATER HEATER is an electrically heated water storage tank with double corrosion protection by means of galvanizing with the subsequent coating of ecological polymer Epoxy-Polyurethane enamel. This technology is used in covering of containers for food, in particular for the storage of wines, juices, beer and other food and non-food products.

The internal tank of electric water heaters ISTO is made of special low-corrosion high-quality galvanized steel manufactured by Nippon Steel (Japan), 1.7 mm thick.

To ensure thermal insulation, the inner tank is insulated with a thermal insulation layer of homogeneous, not containing chlorofluorocarbon, polyurethane foam (BAYER Germany) with a thickness of 25-30 mm. The density index of this insulation is characterized by one of the best thermal conductivity coefficients (= 0.022) with guaranteed minimum heat loss and maximum financial savings, and meets European standards for energy conservation. The insulation density guarantees minimal heat loss of the water heated in the boiler.

The INOX Dry flange is made of stainless steel and is attached to the internal tank of the boiler with a threaded connection, completely eliminating leaks at the junction.

The innovative technology of the INOX Dry flange is that the tubes for the thermostat and heating elements are made of stainless steel, it does not have an additional enamel coating, which positively affects heat transfer. This allows to increase the efficiency of the dry heater and bring it closer to that of the wet heating element (since the wet heating element is in contact with water, its efficiency is higher than that of the dry heating element) and guarantees the highest operational characteristics.

Reliable stainless steel electric heater in combination with Thermowatt temperature regulator (Italy) makes it possible to give a 2-year warranty on the electric device of the water heater.
